REFUND POLICY
Due to the virtual nature of our products we do not offer refunds. As a result, every purchase will go through a strict filtering process by our employees to address whether or not the posts to be promoted match our guidelines. These guidelines include but are not limited to:
- Violent content
- Offensive content of any kind
- Content that is not up to quality standards
- Content that does not match the theme and niche of our page
These guidelines are set in place to ensure the success of each and every one of customers. If a purchased plan for a promotion does not meet our guidelines, customers will be offered a refund and an email detailing the reason.
