How would you describe your personal style?
This is a tricky question to answer because I definitely don’t stick to one specific style or aesthetic. I like to experiment a lot with different styles and mix more than one together. If I had to describe my style, I would say the 1980s – 2000s skater girl New York streetwear hipster. Some days I feel like wearing all dark clothes with a baggy silhouette while other days I want to put on a baby pink mini skirt with butterfly clips in my hair, it’s really all over the place!

Where do you tend to find inspiration for your outfits?
I pull my inspiration from a bunch of places! Old movies and TV shows have such a big influence on the way I dress. I like classic and old school styles. Instagram is my biggest inspiration outlet, there are so many creative fashionable people out there. I could spend hours just scrolling through my explore page looking at outfits and getting new ideas. Sometimes just being in public and people watching can inspire me to put new looks together and experiment with things I haven’t before.

Who is your fashion icon, or someone you look up to in the fashion industry?
First of all, I’m pretty much Bella Hadids biggest fan girl! I love how she can pull off anything and the way she mixes tomboy streetwear looks with high fashion. Devon Lee Carleson is another fashion icon of mine, I love everything she wears. In my spare time I enjoy watching runway reviews on YouTube and there are a lot of new fresh designers that make me hopeful for the future of fashion.

How has your style changed over the years?
My style has changed a lot over the years and is changing constantly. I can look back only a couple of months and notice how much my style has changed. Towards the end of high school and throughout university my style changed because I started to express myself and dress more “unconventionally”. I like to be unique and believe you can express yourself without words through fashion. I constantly stay up to date on new things in the fashion world and I apply it to my own style.
